This Ad was done some time ago for Sheraton O’Hare Hotel – just outside of Chicago, a nice place to stay. The plane was shot on the runway in a snow storm, the room was shot at the hotel in the middle of the night. The photo illustration was created by Ed when we didn’t have computers, photoshop; it was created in the darkroom with cutting mask, image masking, with x-acto blades and a lot imagination. The art director that contacted Ed for the job was Jerry Scholneck??? loved working with him. Sorry Jerry, I forgot how to spell your last name; but I do remember working with you at World Book and Science year for a few years … give me a call if you see this Ad on my site… Still chugging and looking for interesting work.
