What a fantastic fish for dinner! The fish on the right are called yellow tailed red snappers. The other stringer of fish, next to the lady, are the larger “Red Snapper” and both are much alike – but red snapper is so delicious… They can be cooked in many different ways but Ed likes to eat them in garlic sauce or in mojo sauce, (salsa isleña).
