The two images above were made for the famous Villa Cofresi Hotel and Restaurant in Rincon Puerto Rico. The villa is located right on the beach on the western coast of Puerto Rico. I enjoyed the Villa and had some really great food there; one of my favorites: a thick porterhouse steak as shown in the photo and of course; the catch of the day !The best red snapper dinner I ever had. The other table tent on the left is called a Pirate Special, or in Spanish: a “Pirata” an original rum tropical drink at the Villa. Served in the coconut! This is Ed’s concept of his images to complete the layout.
